Apexon Media Solutions provides digital services and digital assets, including but not limited to:

  • Google Map Suspension Recovery Services

  • Reviews Management Services

  • Digital Advertising Support Services

  • Digital Marketing & Business Promotion Solutions

Due to the intangible, customized, and digital nature of our services, refund and cancellation rules are limited and strictly governed.


2. Cancellation Policy

  • Order cancellation requests must be submitted within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • Cancellation is possible only if the work has not started.

  • Payment gateway charges (if any) will be deducted.

  • Once work has started, no cancellation will be accepted.

  • This includes initiation of audits, submissions, verifications, optimizations, recovery processes, or consultations.


3. Refund Policy

Refunds are NOT guaranteed and are evaluated strictly on a case-by-case basis.

  • Payment is deducted but service is not initiated at all

  • Duplicate payment made for the same service

  • Technical error from our side preventing service delivery

❌ Refund Will NOT Be Provided If:

  • Service has already been started or delivered

  • Google Map listing gets suspended due to guideline violations beyond our control

  • Google / third-party platform policy changes

  • Client provides incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information

  • Expected results are not achieved (rankings, reviews, recovery, approvals)

  • Delay caused by Google verification or external platform reviews

  • Change of mind after order confirmation


4. Google Map & Third-Party Platform Disclaimer

We do NOT guarantee:

  • Google Map approval

  • Permanent suspension recovery

  • Review posting approval or retention

  • Rankings or visibility

All Google Map and review-related services are subject to Google’s policies, algorithms, and manual reviews, which are outside our control.

Payments for such services are non-refundable once processing begins.


5. Partial Refunds

In rare situations, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion if:

  • Service cannot be completed due to technical limitations from our side

  • A portion of the service remains undelivered

Processing fees and completed work costs will be deducted.


6. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days

  • Refunds are issued using the original payment method

  • Bank/payment gateway delays are not our responsibility


7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

  • Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first is considered a policy violation

  • Accounts involved in disputes may be permanently blocked

  • We reserve the right to provide transaction proof to payment processors


8. Policy Updates
